Patrick's Restaurant & Bar - Ashley Cross, Poole. Refurbishment of existing venue. The challenge was to bring the restaurant and bar together as one space, to encourage natural flow into both spaces when filled to capacity. Also, to incorporate certain existing elements as part of the new scheme such as the Chandelier, seating booths and dark wood flooring.

Mayflower Theatre - Southampton. Circle & Footlights Bars.
Complete Interior Design, refurbishment/modernisation and oversee of build works, within the constraints of a listed building of national importance.

Haven Cafe - Mudeford, Christchurch, Dorset.
Complete strip out and redesign to turn a 'bucket & spade' beach cafe to a contemporary quayside eatery as part of the existing Haven House Inn.

Charlie's Dead - Middlesex St. (Petticoat lane) London.
Complete Interior Design, refurbishment and creation of the Brand for a contemporary city bar and restaurant.

The British Museum - London, Staff Restaurant.
Working along side the Architect with an input on the overall design and co-ordinate all interior finishes, lighting furniture etc...
