Space Audit | TOP
Assess all aspects of eventual equipment, furniture and space requirements in typical and atypical areas, including; individual workstations, groupings and adjacencies, group facilities, conference and meetings, reference areas, coffee and social areas, data centre, entrance lobby, storage, training areas.


Planning | TOP
Block planning the total building to ensure correct accommodation requirements and to define building grids that work with partition, lighting and corridor layouts. Space planning each department with desk system, storage, partitioning, local and prime circulation, escape routing, all on CAD to facilitate future building management.


Voice and Data Layout | TOP
Layout floor boxes/trunking to comply with approved workstation layout. Position equipment to ensure correct cabling requirements.


Information Technology | TOP
Co-ordinate any outside Consultants, voice and data vendors, floorbox requirements, cable installation.


Furniture and Storage | TOP
Audit existing furniture and storage; comment on shortcomings and misuse. Shortlist and specify any new furniture, with mock-ups for client to assess suitability.


EC Directive on Display Screen Equipment | TOP
Ensure that environment, layouts and workstations conform to all Health & Safety regulations.


Partitions | TOP
Shortlist suitable partition systems taking into account relocation, performance, user requirements and budget.


Budget & Programme | TOP
Budget all items under our responsibility to include designed items/areas. Supervise orders and advise client of budget progress.

Programme overall project to amalgamate with main contract programme and any client purchases outside the main contract.


Local Authorities | TOP
Negotiate any relevant approvals with local authorities. Produce fire plans locating all appliances.


Finishes Co-ordination | TOP
Amalgamate all building and furniture finishes to form a co-ordinated and cohesive design. Review guarantees and life expectancies on behalf of the client.


Accessories | TOP
Select and co-ordinate all desks, general office and tea-room accessories, wall graphics, notice boards and internal planting as required. Ensure correct services are provided.


Design | TOP
Provide design, documentation and bids for various areas and specialist 'joinery' to possibly include:

- Reception desk
- Conference and Training areas
- Audio-visual facilities.
- Vending and copying areas.
- Staff rest rooms
- Restaurants


Signage | TOP
Assess and propose suitable internal and external signage as required.


Move Management | TOP
Prepare documentation of requirements for tender to removal contractors. Programme move, co-ordinate all contractors involved and formulate instructions for staff on how to pack and label all items. Manage and co-ordinate progress of actual move.


Furniture Instructions | TOP
Arrange for instruction by suppliers on user familiarisation and general maintenance for key personnel.


Maintenance Manuals | TOP
Source all items for potential future repair, replacement or maintenance and transcribe relevant maintenance procedures for use by cleaners. Assist on programming and schedule as required.
